I recently acquired this Pierre Le Faguays Bronze statue which is usually referred to as a depiction of Diana, the Huntress. It is signed “Le Faguays” in one location and another has the foundry mark: “Susse Frs Edtrs Paris”.
It is made of bronze with a marble base. The best feature of this particular bronze is the original patination that remains intact. It has a yellowish tinge with rust accents.
This item is for sale and may be sent to auction in the near future.

can you help me please.
I have also got a table lamp that is similar.
It has a bronze base with 2 figures of a man (boy) and a girl opposite leaning backward, poss dancing.Above the bronze is a white marblish bowl section with a lamp inside.covering this is a beautiful cap of czech glass flower pieces strung together with green wire.
I know it was purchased back in 1934 by my grandfather.
I would really be grateful for any information you could give me on it.
Thank you.
